Spicer's Events is a 100% wind-powered, Eco Chic company with offices in Boulder, Colorado and Mystic, Connecticut. Our mission is to infuse the very best in event management with environmentally responsible and socially respectful practices. Factoring zero waste and carbon offsets into an event’s overall return on investment creates opportunities for individuals and companies to be ‘greener’ for both stakeholders and the planet. Working with best practice local businesses, organizations and environmental groups we support sustainability and the communities we inhabit, as well as those we visit.
We are proud members of TIES (The International Ecotourism Society) and
ISES (The International Special Events Society).
In support of our efforts to “green†weddings and businesses we have teamed with the Mystic, CT Chamber of Commerce, the Boulder, Colorado Chamber of Commerce and are listed on Rhode Islands’ Re-Newport website We have also started the Mystic Green Drinks which supports the community and individuals in their efforts to become more environmentally friendly.
As Spicer's Events grows so does our commitment to the causes we support.
At Spicer’s we wholeheartedly support employees who give back to their community. Locally many of our employees donate their time to the Boulder Soup Kitchen.
We are also delighted that many of our employees are members of the Human and Civil rights commission for the CT Education Association, support the Autism Society of Boulder Colorado (ASBC) and Defeat Autism Now (DAN) programs.
