A successful special event team combines talents and crafts from all walks of life and professional accomplishments. Whether working in private homes or in public venues, event services play an important role in the success of a party or special event.
As designers, Festivities has worked with the finest event professionals in the tri-state area. Recommendations are made once the event date has been reserved with resources available to all clients who either have a date confirmed on our calendar or who have an established relationship with Festivities.
When Festivities is commissioned as Event Managers, in addition to the catering fees, a separate management fee is charged for resourcing and handling each vendor. Management fee percentages begin at 20% and are increased incrementally based on the degree of work involved in securing the special event vendors and the time in which personal management is required. Event teams are created that best suite our client’s requirements and budget.
